The main task for me in this role was to focus on preparing application testing processes on an existing base - there was a set of manual test cases and a small amount of automation (in which I had previously participated), it was necessary to organize a team, develop the processes to communicate in the team and outside the team (with developers, managers, etc), implement automation more extensively, implement metrics for analysis, and speed up the testing process.As a result of my work for a team of 6 people (3 QA automation engineers and 3 manual testers), in 3 months the process of regression testing was reduced from 5 days to 1 day, due to the optimization of manual testing processes and automation without reducing the volume of tests, matrices were implemented, the team's work process was optimized, processes of interaction between automation engineers and manual testers were established to create more effective tests, a testing reporting system was provided.

I have been involved in developing two different automation testing projects for mobile testing from scratch: first for Webinar (currently MTS Link) mobile app (both, IOS and Android) - I was responsible for making architecture of the project; second I have been doing the same for newly started project - MTS Link Chat. The main goal for both projects is to develop architecture which must be easy maintainable, fast, effective.
