Engine harness• Responsible for packaging the BMW engine`s harness into the Land Rover using BMW and JLR guidance and design rules.• Design and propose harness routing based on engine bay changes• Request and propose plastic components changes• Support JLR in internal vehicle packaging meetings and BMW design reviews.• Report on Open Issues List, highlighting critical issues and decide the next step actions• Ensure that customer satisfaction, both internal and external, is maintained• Catia V5, TCe, AIM`s, ECR, DT Database.

Panoramic Roof system• Responsible with managing all CAD tasks and leading and guiding a small off shore team, making sure everything is delivered on time• Leading weekly design reviews meetings, highlighting the main CAD and vehicle packaging issues based on JLR design rules, BoD, lessons learned etc.• Create concept vehicle package model for EDS harness and drain tubes to find feasible solutions. • Feed supplier data back into TCE and review package, create BOM part no. and release the CAD• Communicate with suppliers at all levels for information exchange• Work on new platform strategies • Catia V5/V6, TCe, Enovia PLM

Panoramic Roof system and glazing • Ready to print design of I Pace`s panoramic roof system assembly, including new concept of roof ditch finishers (exterior trim).• Design of different glazing plastic components ( B post capping, Outer waist finisher, front camera bracket ) using AVA principals. • CAD support in design reviews meetings, vehicle packaging, OQ, manufacturing etc.• Leading and supporting mock up test with RP&T samples based on concepts created.• CAD release using TCe (TeamCenter), Catia V5.• Support AIMs, ECR, RFQ, RMDV.

Renault`s contractor• Responsible for the development and design of new tooled components in support of EDS• Package and develop using Catia V5 and V6 a range of different components on engine bay (metal brackets, plastic shields, covers, and battery tray), later on, for glazing (front cameras bracket) • Creating first 2D draft drawings of the concepts developed • Extract concept model and surround data from GDG or Enovia NPDM• Creating & delivering presentations to the customer• Support LE in design review meetings

Retractor division • Technical support for R27 retractor• Initiate documentation of laboratory testing as pe customer`s specification, Autoliv`s specification and European standards• Testing of prototype parts: functional, structural, noise , dust, in car simulation, durability, salt room etc.• Design gauges using Catia V5 in order to support testing process.• Catia V5, PLM

First contact with a Design Department, learning 3D CAD (Catia V5), drawings, design rules etc.Helping engineers on manufacturing release by checking the 3D models and drawings.
