Building a team of people that are motivated, deliver great service and enjoy their work is an achievement I am most proud of. As a contract manager my key responsibility is efficiently and cost effectively managing portfolio to ensure contracts are delivered to plan, budget and profit. A great part of my focus is also to ensure everyone is working safely but I wouldn’t be able to do it alone. My natural curiosity pushed me to invest in my education and as a consequence of that I have completed Royal Horticultural Society course in horticulture. As a person of targets I am always looking forward for a new project and challenge. By managing operations I have developed an interest in health and safety at work. Recently I have successfully completed NEBOSH Construction. My next step is to become Tech member of IOSH organisation. Outside working hours I am a happy father, husband and Beagle owner spending lots of time outdoors exploring the countryside with my family.
