In 2015, together with two other associates, I opened an Escape Room. In the five years of administrating we received over 35,000 customers, we organized for 250 corporate events, over 500 anniversary parties, but we also developed special projects for different partners (Brico Depot, Netflix, HP, Sedona, advertising agencies etc.).I was involved in the development and creation of games and scenarios (mechanical, electrical and electronic systems), the development and promotion of the website www.puzzlerooms.ro as well as the business, obtaining new special projects by contacting and negotiating with our partners, but also in the day-to-day administration of the business.We also organized special events for children in foster care, families with special situations, but alsoinvolvement in social campaigns to increase awareness of various aspects of some diseases.

Together with two other friends, I started a food delivery business. Although none of us had experience in the field, we tried to learn as much as possible to grow the business. As such, in February 2019 we opened the first a la carte restaurant. During this period I dealt with the elaboration and refreshment of the menu with new products adapted to customer requirements, the search for distributors for raw materials, dishes, equipment etc., promotion and involvement in various campaigns to increase awerness, making contacts with partners, but also attracting corporate clients. Also, together with the two associates, I actively participated in hiring and offering the possibilities for professional development of the staff.

Although I was initially hired as an Assistant manager in the Elementary School, the school management offered me promotion opportunities, observing the technical qualities I proved. Thus, after the first year, it was added to me as a responsibility to make the schedule (individually) for the 450+ students of the Elementary School. I also became the coordinator of the MAP (SAT equivalent) test that students from all over the school (grades I - XI) took in parallel with those from the United States and those from American international schools around the world. This involved coordination with the HQ in the United States, providing local technical solutions, scheduling (in class) for testing, depending on the other activities in which students were involved, organizing supervisors for testing, and effective coordination on test days.In the last year, the School Registrar department was created, where, together with the other colleagues fromthe middle and high school departments, I coordinated the organization of all exams in the school, the creation of schedules for each cycle, the reservations of different facilities, the administration of databases with children, teachers and parents data, the administration and implementation of e-learning systems, as well as the development of the digital database with all the documents related to the enrollment of students, during the period spent in school, as well as when leaving school. This database was later used by the human resources department for the administration of personnel files.

The anniversary included four events, in different locations, such as: the school headquarters, the Diplomatic Club and the Funky Lounge terrace, from Herastrau. During the event I was appointed Project Coordinator, and as tasks I had to raise funds, attract sponsors for various events, negotiate with different distributors, arrange spaces for events, create artistic program etc. During the events that took place over three days, over 5,000 people from the extended school community participated, as well as ministers, ambassadors or important businessmen.

During my time in the Gazeta sporturilor team, I held several positions, starting with that of reporter / editor, in the first year, after which I held the position of Project Manager, developing two of the company's successful and traditional online products.
