As the overseer of the company's marine ERP software, MariApps PAL, I orchestrate all facets of its management, ensuring seamless functionality to support our maritime operations. In tandem, I design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom software solutions tailored to evolving business requirements.Notable projects include:• Task Tracker: Designed, developed and deployed an open-source full-stack task management application using Next.js and SQLite to replace the company's outdated action items solution.• Fleet Dashboard: Full-stack application enabling data extraction, analysis, and monitoring of environmental fleet metrics such as CII, EU ETS and FuelEU compliance balance and penalty calculation, developed using Next.js and Pocketbase.• Automated Spare Parts Management: Developed a system allowing vessels to add spare parts directly in the PMS catalogue. Integrated with the ERP, the system facilitates office approval processes and automates the imports into the PMS database, optimizing procurement and inventory management.• Automated Operational Reports: Engineered a suite of automated reports supporting daily operations across various departments, including IT, Marine, Crewing, Purchasing, and Technical, covering aspects such as PSC inspections alerts, crew change notifications, port screening validity, vessels’ technical performance, vessels’ satellite connectivity status and drills compliance.• ERP Task Automation: Implemented automated routines within the ERP system, optimizing efficiency and minimizing manual intervention.• Server Health Monitoring: Established robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms for both on-premises and offshore servers, ensuring uninterrupted system availability.• Risk Assessments implementation in ERP: refined the design, performed user acceptance testing, implemented the pilot program and performed the training for all stakeholders.
