MY MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responsible for the project management activity of all real estate developments of the company in Romania2. Responsible for building and respecting the company’s annual and multi annual investment budgets3. Manage a team of 3 internal Project Managers4. Allocate resources based on projects’ requirements5. Set goals, perform follow-up and provide feedback on a constant basis

MY MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Approve all the decisions related to budget, deadlines, permitting, quality, design, dimensions, acceptance of a development project, payments, resource allocation, project team structure, as well as ensuring the implementation and monitoring the impact of these decisions within all the phases of the development project;2. Assemble the project team by defining the role and responsibilities for each party involved and by negotiating each party’s contractual conditions and scope of works (designers, consultants, contractors);3. Lead, manage and coordinate all the parties involved in the project throughout all the phases of the project: concept, design, permitting, tendering, construction, acceptance, hand over to operational department / exit;
