• Field Support: During the visit on the allocated sites, my role was to fully guide the onsite field engineer in order to identify the faulty component and to safely solve it on offline or live systems.
• Topology Update: Focusing on increased level of service in troubleshooting, successfully we have (re)build the main part of the transmission microwave topology.

• NOC team Engineering Support. Part of the RAN/TX supervision team for Orange Spain Mobile Telecommunication network, my role was to provide engineering support for BTS, BSC, NodeB and eNodeB devices.
