- Responsible for drawing Annual Marketing Plan, get approval for it and implement.- Propose the multi-annual strategic marketing objectives and the main initiatives toward their accomplishment.- Manage the marketing budget.- Write creative briefs for TV and digital campaigns, participate in pitches with advertising, PR, social media agencies.- Propose KPIs for planned campaigns, make evaluation reports and present them to management seniors.- Schedule, approve calendar and find insights by analyzing results of market research studies (retail audits, brand monitors, other quantitative and qualitative studies).- Coordinate relationships with partner agencies (creative, PR, social media, media buying, market and consumer research).- Develop packaging and labelling briefs for new products or rebranding projects and approve the creative routes in respect of brand guidelines.- Develop communication materials (TV ads, digital materials, social media content, print, outdoor, events, POSM) with partner agencies and have approval of them by the management.- Coordinate the development of BTL activations in sponsored events (Electric Castle, Bucharest Half Marathon).- Manage implementation and communication plan for national promo campaigns (national contests with prizes for consumers) and new product launches.- Cooperate with commercial department in implementation of trade marketing campaigns.

- Create and implement tactical activities for managed categories (dairy drinks, dairy desserts, UHT milk)- Coordinate creative agency for execution of various POSM (flyers, catalogues, magazines, wobblers etc.)- Suggests new products to import in Romania from other countries in the Group and prepare their launch on the local market.- Evaluate sales reports and performance on selling channels and recommend tactical actions to Marketing Manager.- Make presentations for International Meetings or local meetings with the team and the board of directors.- Supervise social media agency and approve content for Facebook page.- Take out relevant insights from market and consumer research (retail audit, qualitative and quantitative brand studies).- Follow invoicing and payment of marketing department suppliers.

- Writing press releases and other materials (notes, info and news) required by newspapers and TV guides, for online and print.- Creative concept and copy for ads inserted in media.- Updating the site and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter).- Order and receiving promotional materials required for various campaigns.- Copywriting for TV station`s promos and promo media plan editing.
