Sales Collaboration Specialist
Current• Leading the sales collaboration between Global and local Retail markets in order to achieve an agreed sales plan and right classification of a relevant offer. Ensuring a clear direction, supported and executed with high competences in order to drive sales and optimize growth.• Maximizing the sales and growth opportunities on a Global level with the offer available and create the optimal conditions for sales and growth with the new offer we are developing. I am accountable to create a sales plan based on the agreed goals in the Global Business Plan.• Building strong relations between Global and local Retail markets on a focus area while maintaining a holistic perspective of cross business needs, opportunities and the areas impact on the total business.• Coordinating the collaboration between Global and local Retail markets in order to align activation as a part of the sales plan including retail needs for activation, acting on deviations to the sales & supply agreement and opportunities in the value chain.• Leading the sales planning collaboration between Global and existing and new local Retail markets, including agreements on price, volume and follow-up on deviations to the agreed sales plan• Securing awareness and alignment of the content of the agreed sales plan in order to enable local retailers and development units to deliver to the agreed plan.• Being the main speaking partner for local Retail markets and ensuring their inputs and feedbacks are addressed to the right stakeholders.• Connecting and collaboration with new Retail markets an ensuring the most efficient range based on the local relevancy and market needs.
