- Building strong relations between Global and local Retail markets on a focus area while maintaining a holistic perspective of cross business needs, opportunities and the areas impact on the total business.
- Coordinating the collaboration between Global and local Retail markets in order to align activation as a part of the sales plan including retail needs for activation, acting on deviations to the sales & supply.
- Leading the sales planning collaboration between Global and existing and new local Retail markets, including agreements on price, volume and follow-up on deviations to the agreed sales plan
- Securing awareness and alignment of the content of the agreed sales plan in order to enable local retailers and development units to deliver to the agreed plan.
