Working closely both with big retail names (fashion industry, gaming, etc.) and the OSF technical teams to implement, maintain and evolve highly customised e-commerce solutions that are based on the Salesforce platform.The role involves both driving new projects from initiation / quotation phase to completion (roll into Production Environment) as well as taking over ongoing, long term collaborations with specific customers, collaboration which need to be nurtured and evolved.Main responsibilities and activities associated to this position are as follows:- Identifying and planning project activities together with the technical Team Leader / Solution Architect;- Create and maintain the staffing plan for each assigned project;- Selecting the appropriate project management methodology for each project, making sure that the framework and specific rules are understood and followed by all team members;- Creating the Jira Setup for each project (including the selection of the appropriate Jira flow), based on its specific needs;- Facilitating the specific ceremonies of Agile Scrum methodology (Sprint planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective, Daily Scrum);- Closely project monitoring (project completion rate, project overheads) using Jira or bespoke created documents / templates and suggesting adjustments to reach project goal;- Closely monitoring project costs and budget and making sure specific targets and KPIs are being met;- Searching for new ways of enhancing the development process and increase team velocity;- Overseeing the cross-projects resource planning / conflicts and raising concerns at Program Level if required;- Handling specific change management and change control activities and making sure that the procedures in place are being respected.- Communicating periodic project status reports to the internal / external stakeholders.Acting as a main point of contact in front of internal and external stakeholders / client representatives.
