• Supporting a large operational/physical security team with their technical requirements. Responsible for Desktop, Server and Network Infrastructure support, plus a diverse range of IOT, Mobile Devices and Gadgets. Large inventory of Cisco Catalyst, HP, Dell, Supermicro and bespoke security software (CCTV, Access Control etc).• Supporting Desktop support across multiple bespoke applications, Hardware (server and Workstation) build and installation, Bespoke software deployment, Administration of users, shares and data management and Monitor server performance, security and functionality.• Identify network hardware and cabling requirements and support Cisco switch and Firewall configuration, monitoring and maintenance.• Perform administration tasks for various bespoke applications and databases and Install, upgrade and maintain various bespoke client applications.
