Elaboration of the work schedule, monthly attendance and keeping records of days off (CO, CFS, CM, etc.).- Solving customer requests by phone (inbound), e-mail and chat;- I make sure that the data entered and the changes made in the specific applications are compliant (CRM, ticketing system, etc.).-Constant collaboration with the other departments (Risk & Fraud, Paymanents, Technical, Trading) in order to solve problems that do not belong to the scope of competence of the Support department.- Granting bonuses according to the work procedure.- Completing the KYC procedure for clients.

- Coordinating the team in service, drive and kitchen in the absence of the shift manager.- Training new colleagues in order to obtain the best performance- Compliance with quality standards regarding food safety;- Treating each customer as a special guest;

-Management of minutes for the correction of fiscal sheets-Verification of the payments made by each economic agent for the obtaining of the Human Resources Inspector qualification in order to file employees’ work records at the employer's headquarters, upon request - Taking over and validating the initial and rectificatory declarations submitted by economic agents

-Entering the data from the work books into the computer-Document archiving
