As Technical Manager my responsibilities are to coordinate or supervise :• all the preventive and corrective maintenance done in site;• the production and delivery of all utilities to the plant (compress air, steam, electrical power and water)• all investment done in the factory• and I am responsible for the WWTP and the relation with all relevant authorities • the productivity projects related to my team;• budgets for my teams• acquisitions and contracts done by my team (including utilities contracts)Key achievements:• For the last 4 years I have been the deputy of the Plant Manager• I have managed a 10 million RON project; with a total 2 weeks of down time of the production line; with “0” out of stock, with no back-up in a different production site and the project was delivered on time and budget;• I have increased the technical efficiency of the production lines from 84% to 95%;• I have delivered in the last 5 years a yearly productivity of 4-7% versus previous year despite the decrease of volumes;• in our class of plants we are best in class in “kWh/tone” KPI;

In this role I was responsible:• for all the preventive and corrective maintenance for the ampoule department. • for the spare parts flow • for the maintenance budgetI had in my team 25 technicians – mechanics, electricians and engineers Key achievements:• I have increased the technical efficiency of the production lines from 80% to 97%• I have developed the preventive maintenance plan for my department
