Technical management for diagnosis developers from Romania, Korea, India, US, Germany. Act as interface between project management and developers.Responsibilities:- requirements management- technical lead for diagnosis modules development activities- tasks allocation, planning and tracking, cost and effort estimation. - diagnosis concept creation for different projects.

- Developing of automotive embedded systems following the V-cycle development process- I am part of Diagnosis team (providing Diagnosis methods and protocols for different car types and ECU's mostly using UDS protocol- ISO14229), using the Embedded C programming environment.- Involved in a project called Lane Change Assist. The provided product is a side obstacle warning module that prevent drivers on possible collisions with other cars when the riding lane is changed.

- Aug 2007- Dec 2007- I was involved in developing a project for the automatic installation of MFS (Multi-BSS Fast Packet Server) equipment using Visual C++ and PHP.- Ian 2008-Dec 2009- I was part of MUSE Project, where we developed a tool called NPO (Network Performance Optimizer). This tool provides and calculates performance indicators over a GSM network. The tool was developed using a Java platform. My responsibilities were to detect and to correct possible errors that could occur (bug fixing). This operation was done by performing a set of tests which include basic testing and complex testing techniques.- Dec 2009- Feb 2011- I moved to System and Application Integration Department and was involved in the Performance Management team. We were in charge of integrating IBM's solution for Performance management, a tool called PROVISO, with the client's need by developing third party application using Perl, Java, Shell Scripting. I was in charge of managing our development platform which included 13 SUN U25 machines (packed with SOLARIS 9 and 10 OS). My main task was to check on a daily basis if the platforms are in a full working state and to fix the possible encountered errors.

AEGEE is one of the biggest interdisciplinary student associations in Europe; it is represented by approximately 16000 students from all over Europe, active in 232 academic cities, present in 43 countries.This association presents amazing culture variety. AEGEE is asecular, nonprofit organization, not linked to any political party.As a member of this organization I had the chance of taking part to a lot of projects with ecological, cultural or social themes. Arepresentative project, that won the “Best Local Project” award in November 2008 is ECO URBAN GROOVE, myself being in the organizing team. This summer I was the main coordinator of a very important Project in our organization, called Summer University. I leaded a group of 11 members that formed the organization team, and for a period of two weeks we had to show to a group of 25 students from all over Europe the cultural and historical part of Romania, along with the educational system of west part of Romania.Between march 2008-march 2009 I acted as the Vice-President of our organization
