I have the same responsibilities as before

Key responsibilities:- Mentor for a small researchers team. I have the duty to assign them the focus for sourcing. I teach them how to do the steps of the recruitment process and how to work with candidates. - Conducting HR interviews and offer calls and all the steps of the recruitment process. - Sourcing and recruiting candidates (cold calling or InMails) for roles and technologies like: BA, Scrum Master, PO, PM, PMO, QA Manual, QA Automation, Java, C/C++, C#, DevOps, Angular, React, VueJs, Python, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, DWH, L1/L2 and so on;- Closing roles according to the monthly target.- Working with JIRA and Tableau Reports.

Key responsibilities:- Sourcing a large volume of candidates (30/40 per day) and calling them or sending messages (main focus was on calling);- Selling roles and projects to the candidates in order to find the best match; - Guiding the candidates in the recruitment process throughout all the required phases. Scheduling the meetings;- Developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline;- Working with a monthly target and successfully accomplishing it every month.Main tech pack: BA, Scrum Master, PO, PM, PMO, QA Manual, QA Automation, Java, C/C++, C#, DevOps, Angular, React, VueJs, Python, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, DWH, L1/L2 and so on;

Key responsibilities:- I was leading induction trainings on class and online for more than 400 people during the years. There was 5/7 days of intensive learning and practice per each training group. Each group was formed by 10-20 people. - Outside training sessions, I was responsible with quality related activities as: listening and evaluating calls; live interventions in calls in order to help call center agents; coaching for those overwhelmed by stress, reports etc. It was a great opportunity to learn many things about how to deal effective with small groups, how to motivate them and how to train people for job challenges.

Key responsibilities:- I was working in Mediatel Superviser and WFM in order to adjust the call center schedule with agents requirements and daily flows.- Everyday I generated reports using Excel and I was responding to requests received from Call Center agents and TLs about changings in schedule.I learned that for big decision you have to take care of small details who can make a big difference.

Key responsibilities:- Using internal applications and CRM (Salesforce) I was on the role for listening, understanding and solving the problems of Fashion Days and eMAG clients. - I had to take a number of 8-10 call per hour and to not keep the case open more than few days. As a consequence I learned to be a good listener and a fast solving problems guy in order to keep the balance between empathy for clients stories and KPIs. I have learned a lot of things. A kind answer is so valuable. It is important to show compassion not just to simply solve the problem. You have to clearly argue your ideas if you want to be understood or accepted.

Key responsibilities:- On streets and sometimes inside commercial/business complex, I was challenged to interact with tens of people per day whom I was duty to share the UNICEF missions in Bacau county. The goal was to convinced them to became monthly donors using direct debit tool.It was my first job in Bucharest. It was a nice way to understand how different people are and to recognize some broad categories of personalities styles.
