During this phase of my career at Vertical, my role covered the full pipeline of the deal flow process for the collaboration and open innovation programs. - Collected clients requirements (corporations, NGOs, institutions)- Planned of startup scouting process- Reviewed / screening applications- Held hundreds of interviews with startups- Drove customer compliance analysis and startup due diligence from the team/culture/product/market fit perspective- Fascilitated of value proposition discussion between startups and corporations- Organised and lead startup selection events- Drove Vertical's ecosystem and community network, including local and international startups hubs, investors, institutions, research organisations, public funding organisation - Event management and social media management - Was in charge of Vertical's marketing and content creation.

The right hand to the Head of Portfolio during the times, when Vertical used to be a health tech & wellbeing accelerator. I acted as a main point of contact for startups looking to engage with Vertical clients and go through a collaboration program, meaning that I looked over two thousand startup applications. Being a Vertical Dealflow Coordinator, I took pride and joy in being actively taking part in developing and supporting the Nordic health startup ecosystem and supporting the startup community.

NOME – Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship, a mentor program within the Digital Health, Life Science sector in the Nordic countries. NOME is based on a successful elite network at MIT, MIT Venture Mentoring Service. The goal of NOME is transforming Nordic digital health, life science startups into internationally renowned commercial successes. The initiative is funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation, and driven in collaboration with local partners such as Karolinska Innovation, Medicon Village, Oslo Cancer Cluster, Aleap, Accelerace, Vertical, Turku Science Park. As a NOME representative in Finland, my job is to be a contact person representing NOME in the country, as well as to identify the most promising Nordic digital health, life science & biotech startups and the best possible mentors. Upgraded is a non-profit association for Finnish health startups. Upgraded connects the health startup community & enable collaboration within the health industry. Upgraded strives to improve competitiveness and increase the success rate of Finnish health startups.I was responsible for:- Developing, building and executing program on the regional level (Helsinki and all Uusiama Region)- Marketing and communications of the organization- Planning and producing events and conferences, including Nordic Health Investment Day(comprehensive matchmaking event bringing together investors, accelerators, large corporations and media with innovative startups seeking funding and internationalization, participated in the planning of Upgraded Life Festival (Nordics's biggest health startup event - 1100+ attendees, 80+ speakers), planning and executing Upgraded Life TALKS (bi-monthly community events uniting health & tech professionals)- Consultancy and scouting for health corporate partners, accelerators and investors- Project management

GOInternational program was located at the biggest privately owned co-working space in Helsinki, HUB13. It has been established by one of its co-founders. In a nutshell, it​ is a matchmaking and business development service provider for value-driven companies that want to go global. Its objective is to improve customers' expansion and growth potential (BRIC, AP, MEA).- Created new opportunities for Finnish companies, especially startups, to grow abroad- Identified and established perspective partnerships for the GOInternational Finland program- Worked with inbound cases from abroad and found solutions/partners for them in Finland - Organised events related to international entrepreneurship and business development - Led a team of six (about events). I acted as a production assistant with the function of a PR. I've assisted in the production of the Stage Festival, where participants of the festival had included winners of the Edinburgh Festival and Edinburgh Fringe. Managed Russian-speaking media channels (radio, newspapers, content marketing for the website, social media management). Other examples of my works: within a week solely organized Pecha-Kucha, a franchise event with 10 speakers for the audience of 200 people; took one of the key roles in organizing the conference “Business of Art”.
