As a Personal Adviser to the Minister for SMEs, Business Environment and Tourism, I had the following duties and responsibilities:- Contribute to the implementation of measures and actions foreseen in the action plan of the government strategy for the development of the SME sector and tourism;- Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of projects and programs to stimulate and develop SME and Tourism sectors;- Within the mandate, act directly or in cooperation with other state authorities interested in reducing administrative costs imposed to the economic agents in Tourism sector , by the current regulations;- Preparing the necessary documents and participating at various events organized by public or private organizations;- Collaborate within the mandate entrusted by the Minister for SMEs, Business Environment and Tourism with other state institutions that have competences in SME and Tourism sectors;- Cooperate with our domestic and foreign partners;- Prepare the documents, organize and participate at the bilateral meetings of the Minister;- Provide ongoing dialogue with representatives of SMEs and Tourism sector, media and civil society, in order to inform each other of the improvement of the legal and institutional framework.

As the Personal Adviser of the Minister Delegate for Business Environment I had the following duties and responsibilities:- Collaboration within the mandate entrusted by the Minister Delegate for Business Environment with other state institutions, embassies, portfolio companies, internal and external partners;- Involved in business rebranding of Romania project and the rehabilitation of the Romania Trade & Invest site ;

- Ensure proper conduct of protocol actions - meetings, receptions delegates, organizing trips for the delegations of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Environment organizing official visits of foreign dignitaries, organizing joint committees exhibition, other events taking place in ministry and outside, help organize events involving MECMA - conferences, seminars, round tables.- Liaison with embassies, public institutions, MECMA portfolio companies, media, hotels and restaurants.- Assisted in press releases issued by MECMA and organizing press conferences.
