- Conduct radio network planning and optimization studies for 3G, LTE and HetNet networks for FOA trials and post DR5 activities- Elaborate network design reports for mixed indoor/outdoor environments with the help of 9955 andIBWave Design radio network planning tools and provide Link Budget analyses- Provide interoperability with Alcatel-Lucent 5620 Service Aware Manager for continuous optimization- Provide back-office support and share RF design competencies to local teams for trials and projects such as Telstra Metrocell LTE Trial, Vodafone Qatar LTE Trial, Telecom Italia LTE Trial, Movilnet Colombia LTE Trial etc.

- Conduct radio network planning and optimization studies for outdoor macro WiMAX FOA trials and post DR5 activities with the use of 9955 RNP tool- Elaborate network design reports and coordinate local teams on RF design activities- Perform feature validation for 9955 RNP tool, coordinate with 9955 support team and provide test reports (GO/NO GO)- Provide back-office support and share RF design competencies to local teams for trials and projects: Telefonica, VTEL, PacketOne
