• Under the direction of the Endo Pharmaceuticals CEO, developed and executed a $75MM plan to create a data and software division for Endo, by acquiring the top two EMR companies in the Urology space.• Full P&L responsibility for the product management of the next generation Electronic Health Records system (EMR 2.0) for the ambulatory urology care as well as creating new products and services that increased revenue by over $4MM/year.• Lead the Business Intelligence team, in charge of the largest patient EMR database in urology, with over 10 million records. Our products were tailor for both urologists (to better analyze and understand their population, treatment outcomes and EMR usage) and pharmaceutical companies (utilizing de-identified data to understand market trends, treatment outcomes and be able to better position their drugs).• Created new partnerships with 4 other companies in the electronic health records/data space. Developed new services and created a more robust products portfolio that allowed HITS to emerge as the one-stop-shop for software and services needs in the urology ambulatory care space.• Created and offered Private Cloud solutions to host complete EHR/PM system for large urology practices, creating a new revenue stream for the company.• Worked with outside agencies for the human factor design to improve the speed and accuracy of data collection during office visits.• Lead a number of focus groups and advisory panels to understand the main problems faced by urologists and to find innovative solutions to solve these problems.• Lead team of engineers and architects (both full time employees and contractors used for staff augmentation) across multiple geographic locations.• Recognized by management as a forward thinker and innovator.• Company was acquired by Altaris Capital Partners in February 2014 and then by AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group in January 2015.

Head of the IT Department for the Generics Business Unit of Endo Health Solutions, supporting all departments, including R&D, Manufacturing and Commercial groups. At the same time lead the Endo Health Solutions' WorldWide IT Operations groups (Infrastructure, Networking, HelpDesk, etc). Full responsibility of infrastructure and support at 26 sites around the world, with 4 major data centers.• Lead IT role for the Generics Business Unit (GBU) of Endo ($0.6B in sales, 12B doses a year), including full support of the Supply Chain and Quality groups responsible for the 3 manufacturing plants (2 in Huntsville, AL and 1 in Charlotte, NC) and the Distribution Center (Huntsville, AL).• Managed Endo’s worldwide IT infrastructure and support encompassing 4 data centers (1 hot DR site), redundant WAN networks (VPLS and MPLS), telecommunications, end-user support and applications support for 3500 users. • Full P&L responsibility for the IT Operations group ($20M budget, 65 FTEs and 30 contractors) and the GBU IT Group ($8M budget, 15FTEs).• Partnered with the Supply Chain group to define the new planning platform for both brand pharmaceuticals and the generics unit. The new tool (ePlanner) replaced the massive spreadsheets used in the past and allowed for cross-site collaboration. Overall savings in excess of $0.5M/year in licensing.• Created GBU 3-year roadmap and started the remediation of critical foundational deficiencies (ERP, LIMS, QMS – Trackwise, Waters/Agilent consolidation, etc.)• Partnered with senior leaders from the R&D group to define the technology needed for portfolio management, FDA submissions and R&D Labs.• Managed the Endo consolidation and virtualization project that resulted in $2M savings across the enterprise, moving more than 400 servers to the virtual (VMWare) environment.• Recognized with the Endo’s Standards of Leadership award for the work done with the Generics Business Unit.

• Designed, architected and managed the development of the Diabetes Management System for Animas Corporation, a software product that interfaced with insulin pumps and blood glucose meter to help patients better manage their Type 1 diabetes. • Provided tools to improve call center response time from 90% to 99% of calls answered in less than 2 minutes. Designed custom software integrated with the phone system.• Designed, developed and implemented eCommerce solution fully integrated with ERP system using .NET, C# and MS SQL. The application allows our customers to place orders for supplies over the internet using their medical insurance information for billing where applicable.
