Most relevant projects that I've worked on:• Migrating quotes and quotations from a 3rd party web app to SAP, validating the info sent to SAP, flaging business exceptions and errors resulted in the process, as well as forwarding the resulting reports, summarized in an excel file, to the responsible person(based on country) via email.• Verifying on demand SAP Credit Notes based on certain predefined checks, collecting info and populating excel reports with the overall status, signalling errors, sme input/credit note situation discrepancies. 2 separate flows were run by the robot depending on the Credit Note type(service/sales)• Enhancing the HR Onboarding process(first of many for HR): unattended, the robot runs every morning taking its dependencies from one drive. It does 9 separate tasks like searching for employee sso, sending various personalised emails to new joiners based on location, employee date of join, type, centralises all the incoming data from several reports and task's status into a single file which is further uploaded back to sharepoint, etc. At the moment, 9 countries in scope, planed to be added more.• Version 2.0 of the robot above, extending its scope, covering several other manual tasks, such as: finding new joiner details in an employee database and filling the data in a centralised excel, adding sensible data from a 3rd party application to the centralised file, raising tickets for granting credentials, accesses and requesting hardware for new joiners based on roles and country, sending emails for sso creation, communication and activation, retrieving medical files from sharepoint based on the employee’s name, encrypting and storing them on a dedicated secured partition, etc.

This job requires to assure the quality of the market research questionnaires. This implies:• writing code that validates various logic conditions• querying/CRUD operations on SQL databases• working with FTP/GIT in order to share new test data validation modulesGeneral stages of a project and my involvement:1.Project planning:• Preliminary analysis of the project, initial details clarification and defining the approach method (regarding the type of the questionnaire, specific project details, particularities, things to emphasize, additional testing plans etc.) • Additional clarifications with the PM team/Client, identifying additional sensitive questionnaire logic zones2. Project implementation:• Initializing the project in internal applications, writing the setup script according to the project type and logic required• Validating the first sample of the programmed questionnaire using a small test SQL database, analyzing it, querying it and conducting CRUD operations in order to identify potential logic problems3.Project launch• creating quota verifying scripts(verifying the logic of html tables populated based on client's focus on the questionnaire) and verifying any special cases from the test database4.Project maintenance and completion• setting live database scheduled checks, identifying possible problems and solving them asap,field monitoring• exporting the data in various formats(csv, excel) and checking its validity according to internal procedures
