It Manager
Current▪ Leading the management, support, maintenance and enhancements of IT solutions inENTSOG including Transparency Platform, Data Warehouse and BI Solutions, DataCollection solutions, modelling tools, and enterprise content management applications.▪ Management and delivery of the provisioning, support and maintenance of IT end-userdevices, office software and tools.▪ Management of the ENTSOG on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure including servers,networks, telecommunication and security solutions.▪ Management of IT Operations to address incidents, problems, change and releasemanagement with the appropriate escalation processes in place to ensure the effectiveand timely communication and resolution of critical incidents.▪ Managing the contracts and relationships with all IT service providers and vendors - bothoff-shore and on-shore.▪ Managing a small team of IT analysts and IT contractors to deliver IT projects andinitiatives.▪ Ensuring the IT security of ENTSOG assets through appropriate controls, procedures andtechnology.▪ Responsible for the IT solution strategy and roadmap to deliver continuous improvementin IT services, tools and applications.▪ Preparation and management of IT Operational and Capital budgets ensuring the bestvalue to benefit ENTSOG and its members.▪ Communication and presentation of IT planning and updates to ENTSOG stakeholders,including the ENTSOG Board, General Assembly, Finance Committee, Working Groups, andpublic workshops organised by ENTSOG.
