Slobodan is an IT engineer with experience in the domain of agile software product development and agile software testing and test management. In his career, he has been working as a manager of test team or as a test engineer (as part of a large system testing team as well as the only test engineer) in the development team or project. Slobodan successfully organizes test activities during different stages of the software development lifecycle and supports the team during testing (creates and executes test plans, organizes pair and mob testing sessions, creates automated tests, and incorporate automated plans into CI/CD procedures) and coordinate testing activities through the organization. He implements a new approach to software testing and always tries to bring new ideas to improve the development process.
