As a Team Manager, I oversee the recruitment team that manages all positions within the company in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Kyrgyzstan. I have been working at Vention since February 2019, starting as a Talent Acquisition Trainee and progressing to a Recruiter and a Talent Acquisition Researcher. I have a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting high-level specialists, such as leads and managers, using Boolean searching and other best practices.In my current role, I am responsible for building up the team, mentoring newcomers, setting up goals and KPIs, conducting performance reviews, creating personal development plans, and motivating the team. I also manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and supporting businesses in recruitment needs, and monitoring the market and adapting to changes.
