About Bogi Kalmár

As a teacher I live my passion and, find joy in watching and supporting children to find their voice and grow into the person they are comfortable to be.I've been working as a preschool teacher in the past eleven years in different institutions. During these years I had the opportunity to try and practise different teaching methods such as Positive Disciplining. By these experiences my approach has evolved from frontal teaching to providing a rich and fun learning environment created by conscious, supportive and reliable guidance with the active participation of the students, building our community together and encouraging children to explore the world based on their inquiry.Throughout hard working, open and two-way communication with both the management and families I earned trust to do my job with my principles.
