I graduated with an MSc degree in architecture and I have several years of international work experience. I moved to the Netherlands two years ago where I started working as an architect. And at the same time, I founded my own company, studio nini, where I design, marketing, and produce lamps from clay.As an architect, I am used to managing my own projects from the first design phase until the last bit of realization. In this profession, I have to deal not only with clients but with several subcontractors as well. It is necessary to have a holistic view of the projects all the time to meet deadlines and keep the financial frameworks. I enjoy the project management part of my job as I am a very organized and precise person. I love problem-solving and I can think on my feet to find solutions out of the box. I am confident to make decisions on my own, but I prefer sharing new ideas and searching for the best solutions in a team. As an emphatic and straightforward person, I am very good at communication.One of my main projects as a project manager was a 4500 m2 office building for Utiber in Hungary. During this half-year, I was managing the project from the first design ideas until the construction handover. I was responsible for the design, documentation, and construction phases of a building renovation. My task included design, client communication, financial planning, and project documentation. Later on, I managed the subcontractor team and the stakeholder. And at the end, I did on-site construction coordination and supervision.
