Grafton Recruitment is one of the largest recruitment companies in Europe.As a Talent Sourcer, I was responsible to find and attract high quality candidates for a wide range of open positions at our multinational client companies using a variety of recruitment platforms (job fairs, candidate databases, social media, etc.).Recruiting for business service centres meant that we had to deal with a large number of searches and it was not uncommon for some of the positions we worked on to require very rare skills (e.g. language skills rare in the Hungarian market). Therefore, persistence and quick action in dealing with new challenges was key in this role.
