In the Raben Group I was responsible for marketing in 10 European countries. Amongst myresponsibilities were:• Full responsibility for the development and implementation of the Marketing Strategy,(development of the strategy, implementation and follow-up). Adjusting the strategy toparticular markets.• Full responsibility for creating new brands from the ground up (choice of names, work on logos, typography and Customer Identity).• Ongoing work on maintaining and developing brand awareness of existing brands, e.g.Raben. Full responsibility for managing the process of rebranding which preceded the launch of Raben brand in 8 countries. • Responsibility for development and then implementation of the CSR.• Responsibility for the positioning of the company: recognition of the Raben Group brandas ‘the most friendly customer service provider’ (e.g. creating customer service standards.development of channels of communication with customers, organising events with customers).• Development of Raben Group’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as desired actionssupporting those aspects. • Development and implementation of PR. Building press relations, sustaining interest inthe company – creating and disseminating press releases, organising press conferences,supervising on-going media contacts. • Development and then implementation of marketing standards,Corporate Identity standards, Corporate Social Responsibility standards.• Together with HR – development and implementation of employer branding, e.g. communication with employees, managing the Intranet concept and content, creating messages directed to the employees, organising events for employees.• Managing and leading Research & Development projects. Supplying necessary informationfor the effective management and development of the company.• Planning, implementation and control of marketing budgets, managing the entiretyof marketing activities.

Development and implementation of PR. Searching for valuable rankings and submittingthe company in them (in 2012 CEO was chosen “The Entrepreneur of theYear” as part of the competition organised by E&Y, another key award also won in 2012was “European 3PL Award”). Creating ideas for development of modern channels ofcommunication, e.g. talking about the company using the language of customers’ benefits,collecting references and case studies, engaging in shared marketing campaigns. I wasalso responsible for establishing and then organising our participation in key fairs andtrade conferences.

In Herlitz I was responsible for the consumer market, e.g. outdoor campaigns, loyalty programmes,multimedia advertising campaigns.
