Based on my experience in risk management, I assessed the company's principal risks and ensured that these risks are being monitored and managed. Ultimately, which is especially important in a regulated environment and Companies withlong-term plans, I ensured that the Company has appropriate systems enabling it to conduct its activities lawfully and ethically.

I led the way in preparing the existing structures and products of the group of companies for their enrichment with the margin trading (FX / CFD) service - previously the company offered only currency exchange in the form of bank transfers. At the same time, preparatory work for launching appropriatecompanies structure and obtaining appropriate licenses was started.

I was again entrusted with the ambitious task of launching an NDD / STPtrading platform in close cooperation with ING Bank in Amsterdam acting as asettlement agent and a single source of FX liquidity. I was perfectly supported notonly by my own team members but also by other departments in the bank ( IT,Legal, etc.).

I was the man behind the challenging idea of creating the first ECN type trading platform in Poland for Alior Bank, also fortunate enough to lead that idea to mature retail FX business. The project was based on Prime Brokerage relationship with Barclays Capital, Integral Development working as FX aggregator, and 13 Tier 1 LPs (eg. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Nomura, Royal Bank of Scotland,Morgan Stanley). The offer was also extended in cooperation with Gain Capital Ltd. by more than 250 CFD contracts. Seven months after the trading platform in Poland was launched, daily turnover exceeded $ 1.5 billion. The trading volume from the start to the present day is approx. $ 1.2 trillion.

I was a valuable member of the Foreign Markets Department containing only 4 professionals focused exclusively on implementing and launching a trading platform allowing customers to invest in a wide spectrum of instruments globally - FX, Options, CFD's, Equities, and Futures. A service built with cooperation with Saxo Bank N.V.
