Concentrated on Object to Relational Mapping between java and Oracle using the TOPLink framework.

Contracting though Government Specialists Inc worked with the goal of allowing a Pennsylvania Township to operate its services in a revenue neutral manner.Analyzed the existing municipal water and sewage rates. Forecasted revenue under multiple scenarios. The recommended changes to the rate were accepted.
