DISI Mudawarra to Amman Water Conveyance System ProjectIn the EPC Contractor assigned as a Subcontractor Administrator to the multi discipline project including construction of 370 km steel pipeline, 70 km ductile iron pipeline, 55 production wells and 9 piezometer wells, 2 pump stations, reservoirs, OS&M structures, chlorination buildings, electrical buildings, substations and CP stations. ● Contract administration of various Subcontractors which are nominated to carry out the civil, mechanical and electrical construction works of Pump Station, Reservoirs and OS&M Buildings including the conveyance pipeline, surge vessels and chambers at the inlet and outlet of the structures. ● Performing post-award activities such as monitoring of the subcontractors’ progress and evaluating the payments of the subcontractors. ● Reviewing of subcontractors’ time schedules via Primavera P6 software, implementing necessary changes on Primavera P6 and assisting the planning department to integrate the subcontractor schedules for the updates of the project main time schedule. ● Supervising and replying subcontractors’ design queries which are mainly in mechanical field of works. ● Supervising material approvals as per the project specifications and standard specifications. ● Organization of scope changes of the contracts, preparation of variation orders, contract amendments. ● Drafting field related letters to the subcontractors and the project company.
