Responsible for all marketing and sales initiatives including promoting all forms of print and digital media, developing marketing materials such as brochures, print ads and direct marketing campaigns, heading our online team to increase traffic and provide up-to-date information on our network of websites, creating a strong market presence for our educational products division, maintaining a positive company brand, leading our sales and customer service teams, and coordinating/attending trade shows from the U.S. to China.

Additionally, public relations activities, volunteer management, recruitment and training, day-to-day office activities and wish granting were also involved. Traveled extensively to visit with wish kids and their families.
