I was able to support our department with the accuracy of my report by making all my reports, via excel, be automated by formulas which make our report only depend on the data being downloaded from our system. Hence, making the report more efficient. This is by avoiding garbage input; garbage in garbage out. Jedec Load Port - This is one of the volume maker projects and has a lot of variants, but has lower income output compared to other projects. Our team was able to assess the projects compliance to its contract, as it has a Pull Flow Contract. By this contract, we need to comply 4 machines per week, and ensure that no delays and can cover up the pull-in requests. No delays were made, til today.Matrix Input/Output, and Transfer - Here is one of the small machines, yet is a money maker. As the orders of this machine are versatile, as the other suppliers are really eager to lower their prices. But with P.IMES, their quality is outmatched. Hence, we keep our prices higher than the other suppliers, and yet get the orders. This project is made per batch, and is composed of 3 heads per batch. Hence, 3 machines per batch. Also, this is under a Pull Flow Compliance Contract.Some projects are Pyramid and JTP, both are made by order.Also my Excel, Oral & Written is 10/10.
