Linked the new office to the global Control Union network and made sure the quality principles are well established. Managed a great and agile team of 11 professionals in extreme uncertainty (covid, war).600+ audits according to international sustainability standards were done yearly in Ukraine. Managed the work according to the ISO17065 standard. Executed contracts with Kernel, MHP, Louis Dreyfus, Cargill, ADM and other biggest enterprises exporting from Ukraine.

As part of Peterson Projects supported Unilever suppliers (EMEA region) addressing social, environmental and economic risks. Ensured sustainability & ESG compliance, as part of the Sustainability Agriculture Code (SAC) implementation.Coordinated a team of local consultants in seven countries.

Eickernmühle is a small family-owned flour mill in Germany. Ensured traceability, logistics and quality for organic wheat coming from Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Joined as a trainee while finishing my Masters. Got qualified as an auditor focusing on international sustainability standards and verification of greenhouse gas emissions (ISCC).My interest in complex supply chains and traceability brought me to more than 30 countries in five years. Conducted audits in largest food production & FMCG companies such as ADM, Bunge, Unilever and PepsiCo. But kept my boots on the ground auditing annually over 100 farmers in developing countries.2010 Unilever introduced its Sustainable Agriculture Code (SAC) to ensure key raw-materials are sourced responsibly by 2020. Control Union helped implementing this standard worldwide. At this project I was doing sustainability assessments in origination countries and helped mapping the supply chains (from cradle to processor).
