I started a project to create a telegram bot for integration with Business Booster Platform. The research, planning of project tasks and budget was done. The project uses Agile methodology. At the moment we have a finished product with constantly expanding functionality. The nearest update is the implementation of artificial intelligence.

During my tenure, business processes within the department and interaction with other departments were established.For example, the zoom management process was automated to suit our needs: the process of uploading meetings from zoom to Google Drive, the process of creating meetings, and entering them into the Google calendar became automatic. Lines of communication were also lined up with the group meeting scheduling department. This saved up to 5 hours of my team's time each week.The telegram bot has been improved. Now it learned how to congratulate our customers on their birthdays, automatically detect chats to send messages, and the number of its notifications doubled. This allowed us to save up to 3 hours of work time of our employees every week.Business processes within the department were improved: communication was improved, the level of competence of employees was raised (I trained two new employees), lines of issuing and closing accesses to our products were built (this process was partially automated), lines of notification of our employees about innovations were created, as well as technology for creating new products from the technical point of view was developed.During this time we created 5 new courses for our clients and launched 2 new products. The operational part of the work was reduced by 10 hours in total. More than 30 instructions have been developed and created.

My responsibilities included technical support for my colleagues and our clients. Quality support required quick solutions to problems and the ability to remotely explain to the customer how to do it. Also during my work in this position I developed more than 15 IT modules, improving the quality of our company's products. This included the creation of the Resident Cabinet (an additional part of the GetCourse platform). With the Resident Cabinet, our clients were able to track the status and terms of their contract with our company, their group rating and place in it, the progress of their training with details of course completions, keep track of their companies' income, and receive notifications directly on the platform.

I am involved in data collection and analysis as well as planning. Examples of data I have worked with: student itinerary, data on lessons and courses taken, data on a company's income and its taxes, etc. My department also deals with revenue planning: quarterly, tactical, operational. One of my innovations in the department is automating manual processes and using Google App Script for optimisation.

I have been working as a freelancer in IT for two years. I have worked with programming and design. Programming: C++, C#, Java, MySQL. Design: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma. Web: Html, Css, Php. One of the projects - a desktop application for the transportation company (C#). Application functionality: displaying scheduled flights (can be edited and filtered).

Our team organized elections in my city. My responsibilities included: organizing the workflow, monitoring employees, training employees, communicating with clients and business partners. I also created software for counting votes.
