- Company production management (up to 20 people);- Conducting international negotiations with business trips (UK);- Successful reorganization of production, the introduction of a new working system and hardware-software complex;- Search and establishment of new relations with business partners, both domestic and foreign;

- Product quality control - testing, tracking, optimization of all production processes to improve product quality;- HR management (up to 10 people);- Maintaining and managing projects from receiving and writing technical specifications to delivery of the finished product;- Member of a special technical group of programmers, engineers and ophthalmologists to develop and create new models of lenses and programs;- Programming on CNC machines of intraocular lenses.
