Working in IP telephony and Call/Contact Center sphere in 2010, I came up with the idea to create our own product to meet the needs of such industries as Finance, Insurance, Online shops, Telesales, Telemarketing and B2B Lead Generation. This very project remains the focus of my attention since I carry a special burden of responsibility for its development.Being the main ideologist, I managed to form the key directions of the company, such as Development, Sales & Marketing, as well as excellent support, which is crucial when working with clients.My responsibilities now include:- planning a company development strategy, which is important since we work and provide a product that is used around the world;- approval of plans, implementation of new product capabilities, planning and monitoring of the set quarterly tasks in development;- my special focus is on sales, we have a clear model and developed sales strategy and I am thrilled to develop new areas of customer engagement, to experiment and control the set goals;- planning and developing the promotion of our product to other markets, finding new sources to attract leads;- management of the operational activity of the company;- balanced work of all areas of the company, setting goals and monitoring their implementation;- approval of budgets, financial monitoring of the company;- launch of new projects, namely the VoIPTimeCloud project, development of market entry strategy, market positioning, search for new niches, monitoring and control of the main directions in the development and promotion of the product on new markets.Our team has created an incredible product, and I am proud and respectful of everyone who has contributed to the development of this product.
