As a dedicated professional with six months of experience at my current company, I have actively enhanced our software development and testing processes. My journey here has been marked by significant contributions and initiatives to improve efficiency and foster a culture of agile development. - I have actively established a 'shift-left' testing practice in my current and previous teams. - I have initiated the implementation of modern Scrum development standards, incorporating all the necessary ceremonies and methodologies. - I was also a part of an initiative group responsible for developing a new and effective approach for cross-team collaboration on a singular tool.- In addition, I have successfully involved the entire development team in the pre-release testing process and involved them in the release process of new builds. At different stages of my work in the company, I had different types of responsibilities.Initially, I worked on building an effective approach to test documentation and participated in its development myself.Later, I was a release manager and took an active part in building release processes in the team.In the end, my main responsibility was to write an effective test suite for release qualification testing and automate the process of this testing.- Moved the entire company to one common tool (TestRail) for maintaining test documentation;- Create test cases for a mobile app from scratch;- Create the regression test suit for the release qualification process from scratch;- Wrote test suit for smoke testing of our clients' hardware after updating their software in production;- As a release manager in my team, I set up the release preparation process and trained the entire team in it. I fulfilled this role for six months, after which I distributed responsibilities among team members;- Was a mentor to 3 team members and was part of the group that was hiring and interviewing;- Was one of the main contributors to the development of the automated testing tool, which increase release qualification speed more than five times;- Create a few GitHub actions for the automated testing tool to run tests by request and by schedule;- Created a web service on FastAPI to help different teams quickly generate test data;Tech stack: Python, PyTest, FastAPI, Git, GitHub actions, Jenkins, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Jira, Confluence, Swagger, MacOS, TestRail, Android.

Project: AvantimeMy main responsibility was to ensure the effective testing of mobile applications. I managed to achieve this by writing the product specification and writing the right full test coverage.I was a part of the development team who created an app that won the award:Merck – Inphiz EVA (ENTERPRISE BUSINESS Collaboration Award 2018)- Wrote specifications from scratch;- Was a single QA of one of our clients and wrote test documentation for it from scratch;- Analyzing new product requirements;- Designing tests cases;- Write test suites, test plans, and other test documentation.Tech stack: Visual Studio Online, Trello, TestFlight, HockeyApp, Android Studio, Android, iOS

Project: Oracle Siebel CRM for Vodafone Ukraine My main responsibility was to ensure the most effective test coverage, to get maximum clarity from the business requirements, and to ensure that the product would work well in all possible scenarios.Working on this project, I was able to familiarize myself with the waterfall methodology of software development. I was able to help the company successfully integrate the Siebel CRM system for Vodafone call centers in Ukraine.- Wrote test suits for integration of Siebel CRM system with call system for Vodafone Ukraine’s contact centers;- Wrote test suits for a new service unit from scratch;- Was a mentor to 2 team members;- Cooperation with the client’s QA engineers and analytics to build an effective acceptance testing process;- Participated in support in order to better understand the product and speed up the time to resolve issues.Tech stack: Oracle Siebel CRM, Windows server, HP ALM (Application Life Cycle Management).
