• managed Indirect sales channels and care channels for business customers of O2 (0 to 1 000 Euro monthly buying power). • responsible for the project of restructuring of the sales organization in order to deliver sales targets and customer satisfaction targets. I managed 3 teams, 35 internal employees, 27 external business partners and 250 external sales agents.• I achieved 53% increase in sales through these channels in only 8 months after launching the new sales structure model.

Another key project was the launch of internet without the need of fixed line (Naked DSL)

• responsible for product launches and following life-cycle management of more then 40 services in the areas of Data and Messaging services, Voice and m-Commerce. • Throughout the years I lead different teams of either project or product managers. My responsibilities were in in-time launch of new products and managing of cost side of existing services.• I represented Eurotel in the Mobile Payment Association in the Czech republic. Since April 2004, I was member of MPA BoD on behalf of Eurotel.

I successfully managed and launched projects of Eurotel GSM Banking with 4 banks and Alternative Pre-Paid recharging on ATM
