In the simplest form, I am a sucker for human performance. Developing people and organizations to achieve a new standard of performance is what fuels. my. fire. Early on in my career, I thought human performance purely meant working with athletes and helping them achieve a new output level on the field of play. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to help athletes represent Team USA, solo swim the English Channel, qualify for the Boston Marathon, set Masters Swimming records, and complete IronMan triathlons. While the athletic arena will always hold a spot in my heart, I have found joy in another form of human performance. Human performance in the workplace is a frontier I enjoy immensely. Why? By effectively developing employees and customers, a business can make a lasting impact on people, communities, and the world.
