- drew up and analyzed supply contracts, lease contracts, contracts for the provision of services, financial assistance, subcontracting, transportation in Ukraine and abroad, supply contracts with foreign counterparties, drew up powers of attorney, additional agreements, acts of acceptance and transfer, specifications, protocols of disagreements, claims ;- entered data on counterparties and contracts in 1c, checked and analyzed information on counterparties and suppliers;organized electronic document flow, internal accounting, control, sending and systematization of contracts and documentation for the enterprise, registered incoming and outgoing correspondence;- prepared documents for the court and other institutions;- solved organizational issues and solved tasks related to corporate communications, analyzed expenses.

- performing tasks from the head of the department- work with shortages and delays and return of goods- formation of orders for goods- paperwork- product sales and customer consulting

Responsibilities:- visiting retail outlets and placing orders- work with receivables- work with Eva, Watsons, Prostor, Cosmo networks (merchandising)- fulfillment of assigned tasks and plans- resolution of conflict situations with clients
