Drive ramp readiness execution and lead ramp focus group for new and high-demand products.Manage the Manufacturing team and cross-functional groups to devise loading and execution strategies to meet customer demand.Monitors schedule progress and implements necessary corrective actions as required.Taking responsibility for conducting risk assessments for shipments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.Communicate factory metrics daily to both senior management and cross-functional teams.Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure efficient loading during product start-ups and troubleshoot product issues to minimize cost impact.Review schedules to determine material and parts requirements, ensuring materials are available as per schedule.Evaluate and provide crucial input on qualification plans, collateral readiness, and capacity planning to meet production delivery targets.Conduct scenario (what-if) planning for products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary.Collaborate with Demand Planner to manage weekly demand, urgent builds, early closures, and customer backlog status to ensure on-time delivery and healthy inventory levels.Drive Engineer Team/ Line Supervisor from various factories to lean and standardize the process and do the improvement in term of HC/layout/utilization.Manage communication among Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical, and Project Management teams to address their challenges and provide support.Lead the standardization process of Best-Known-Methods (BKM) across manufacturing sites to enhance processes at Intel Vietnam.Coordinate with cross-functional groups to perform End-of-Life (EOL) product assessments, minimizing cost impacts through the utilization of reusing methods.Serve as a liaison between manufacturing and virtual factory sites, including automation, control, supply chain, and industrial engineering, to deploy required capabilities to factories.
