If required I also made referrals to emergency services, such as protection services, Campus health, Police, and ambulance services within the university.I also screened the crisis line record forms of the students who called in, filed them, and submit to my team leader on a regular basis.I also facilitated the PsyCaD help desk and the main purpose of the PsyCaD help desk is to assist with non-crisis related issues such as referring/ directing students to various divisions around PsyCaD's WhatsApp line Show less
