During my practical placement in the company I worked on various projects whose aims were to increase efficiency in the company:* Implementing a CRM system to make communicating with suppliers and customers easier.* Create a solution for easier tracking of incoming goods and increase bargaining power with suppliers.In addition to that i also worked with existing customers and with possible leads all of which lead to sales. Moreover, I was in charge of both inbound and outbound logistics.

Sofia, Bulgaria

I worked part time in the company during my studies and my tasks were to communicate with cosmetic producers from Italy, negotiating prices, arranging transportation to Bulgaria and generally maintaining the stock levels in the warehouse. In addition to that i maintained a simplified CRM system and the company website.

The purpose of my internship was to create a plan for expansion to a new market and the creation of a new sales team. For that purpose i analysed the economies of all Eastern European countries and chose the most lucrative ones. Afterwards i analysed the market of the few selected countries for Christmas trees and in the end selected the most attractive one for expanding. By the end of the internship i had given ideas and recommendations for the expansion and distribution of the sales force to target the new markets.

Sofia, Bulgaria

The purpose of my internship was to write a project for the creation of a generic pharmaceutical company that operates on the pharmaceuticals with prescription (Rx) on the Bulgarian market. For that i had to first analyse the potential of the Bulgarian market based on the economic situation in the country and the possible competition on that market. Afterwards, i divided the country into different regions and allocated the needed sales force to each one in order to achieve the predefined sales goals and targets.

Sofia, Bulgaria

During my part time work as a sales representative in Siameks i was in charge of both their B2C and B2B customers. Being the only company in Bulgaria, at the time, to import the highest quality laminate flooring from Germany, the company had a large pool of B2B customers from the whole country. My tasks were to keep in touch with the customers, taking and following up on their orders, maintaining a simplified CRM system, reviewing and taking decisions on claims, creating marketing materials (brochures and posters) and maintaining the company website. During the times when there weren't any pending B2B customer orders i was working with my colleagues in the showroom with the B2C customers from which i gained experience in customer relationship, up-selling, good decision making during claims and overall good communication skills.
