I am responsible for achieving the branch's targets, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. In my previous roles, I worked as a Small Business Officer at OTP banka Srbija, where I provided loans and financial advice to small and medium enterprises, and as a Regional Manager at Agroinvest Fond, where I supported rural development and microfinance projects.
