- Holistically supportng the annual bottom-up Budget process through data review and analysis up to the reporting to Management phase. - Supporting month end process (providing accruals) and analyzing P&L variances (actual spend vs budget)- Supporting IT monthly reporting process (including month end actuals and reporting production) and liaising with the Financial teams in the Regions to ensure high quality of reporting data in CIO Dashboard and consistency with the overall reporting guidelines of the Group- Supporting budget forecasting process throughout the year- Monitoring data quality and ensure master data governance in the CIO Dashboard. - Supporting and controlling the quality of invoice bookings, invoice verification and approvals workflow.- Supporting the monthly and year end accrual process, analyzing IT variances towards Group reporting. - Providing short term IT cash-out forecast- Working closely with peers within Group IT as well as other teams including: Group Finance, Accounting, PMO and Regional IT.

- Support AP invoice entry, invoices validations and approvals for Corporate Region.- Analysis of open invoice balance and planning weekly payments; provide payment forecast- Performing the weekly payment run in SAP- Manage internal and external billing querries- Support the monthly and year end accrual process, analyzing IT variances towards Group reporting.

- Order processing - processing consumable, sales and project related orders received via tickets in ServiceNow for regions of US, Canada and EMEA; coordinating internal teams to ensure order fulfillment in a timely manner- Reporting - Providing detailed reports to Sales team (SAP Business Objects)- Billing and Invoice inquiries - Uploading invoices to customer's AP system, resolving invoice disputes and billing inquiries- Data Management - creation and regular maintenance of customer database records- Onboarding new members - training new team members and maintaining online knowledge base that is used by all team members (OneNote)

- Support the activities of the Customer Engineers (CEs) assigned to this position within a particular geographic region or territory- Responsible for identifying any situation that will cause a work order to exceed the specific contractual response or fix time- Maintaining effective and timely communication with engineers, obtaining regular progress updates for outstanding work orders

Freelance engagements in audio and video transcription, data entry, translation, social networks management, admin assistant, research, forum management, article writing etc.

Engagement in audio transcription in eclectic areas such as social sciences research, political interviews, job interviews, IT related interviews etc.
