Investigation of ER stress signalling pathways in ABC and GCB Diffuse Large B cell Lymphoma.

The aim of my project was to identify different types of fibroblastic reticular cells that localize in the lymph nodes, particularly in the lymph node medulla. Using different combinations of stromal cell markers I detected specific population of medullary stromal cells that are most likely responsible for expansion of medullary area during an immune response.
