As Lead Senior Website Developer at OrthoEvidence my job entails supporting the existing website and processes on day to day basis. I am responsible for ensuring the functionality and security of the website remain vigil and impenetrable. I have re-hauled most of the web pages on the website to include better structure for purposes of easier maintenance as well as increase performance and ensure the pages can be viewed on any screen size. Some of my larger projects include: * Developing a dashboard and a feed that displays custom tailored content based on user settings * Developing Internal and external Monthly Data Analytics * Retrofitting the entire website to be mobile friendly * Implementing a system that allows for continuous development where code can be published often and features enabled and released to the public on a schedule or as needed. * Implemented a targeting system that allows for content to be released to desired audiences. * Integrated ActiveCampaign in daily processes and functions as well as analytics.

As one of the company’s core software engineers, my job was to implement new features for core products that are used by various clients. I worked on designing systems from scratch and rewriting old systems with newer technologies. These projects may include anywhere from designing/coding each of the layers in the systems such as a database, services, views, and writing SQL, C#, VB, JavaScript and CSS as required. Some projects include retrofitting non-responsive websites to acquire responsive behavior so that they may work on any device. The topic of my projects involves end users viewing online bills and making payments (mobile, web, IVR, scheduled payments, etc…) meanwhile also building a web portal for administrator users to manage those processes and payees. Working with Microsoft technologies, troubleshoot, planned, and developed various software and web-based solutions.Created Software applications that process large amounts of data leading to printing bills and mailing them to customers of company's clients, or uploading bills to the core product where users can create web payments. Job also required me to troubleshoot why files do not get processed and implement any changes that are necessary to process such files.Worked on web-based solutions that allow customers to log in, create payments, view bills, and update all personal and payment information. My job was to maintain these solutions, troubleshoot when necessary, and implement changes that clients request.

Created PL/SQL Queries and built a number of ASP.NET web-based tools for the in-house built system. Developed applications to streamline, automate and simplify operations and processes, including:• An ASP.NET multi-layered graphing tool that retrieves information from an Oracle database.• C# application that uses an Oracle database and Oracle SQL queries, and allows import to XLS and CSV.

Using Altiris Management System, managed 500+ computers, supervising software and operating system installations, BIOS setting changes, job scheduling, and other functions. Assisted users in person and by creating documentation and user guides on adding printers, network locations and handling other ad hoc tasks. Conducted monthly Quality Assurance testing for Microsoft patches to prevent conflicts with the existing system.• Orchestrated a migration of over a 100 users from Windows XP to Windows 7. Kept detailed records of all users and software in the process. Interfaced directly with business users, working around their schedules to minimize downtime. Assisted with data backups. Effectively resolved software compatibility issues by finding or devising alternatives, and implementing them without compromising on user comfort.• Having learned to build desktop computers from scratch and replace various laptop parts, trouble-shot computer hardware issues more promptly and competently.

Delivered basic computer training to employees. Effectively resolved computer, printer, cell phone and network related issues. Helped develop and introduce company policies on network security, computer use, and third party access. Created and distributed quarter-yearly newsletters on cyber security. • Working through Java class libraries of FieldWorker software, developed an application streamlining data collection for the Engineering Department, which has been successfully implemented and is currently in use.• Designed, developed and deployed a Java program for the Customer Service department, making storing, searching, and displaying large arrays of information quicker and more efficient.
