Having an educational background in languages, I have always genuinely pursued a deeper and more sincere understanding of people, their cultures, and the languages they speak and in which they live. Twelve years ago, when I stepped into my first HR role, this passion evolved and enabled me not only to understand people better but to make an impact and a difference in their professional lives.
