- Proactive and effective support for all food safety and hygiene activities, including several project on accelerate timeline- Built the foundation for Model HACCP and pre-HACCP development and implementation - Ensure that Food Safety Management System is in place, and is obtaining expected results in a given R&D operating unit- Support factories on Hygiene and Food Safety by promoting teamwork between R&D community and factories

- Performing the internal Quality System Audits at central and regional functions and factories to verify implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS)- Maintaining QMS documents in order to guarantee quality and consistency with current practices

Projects on technical assistance for introduction of Food Safety and Quality standards and establishment of institutional structures and legislative frameworks to support policies for food safety in third party countries.

National review on voluntary Food Safety and Quality standards: Collecting information on the Food Safety and Quality laws and regulations and implementation of institutional framework in Serbia.
