My passion has always been customer; key point being what makes her/him happy and loyal. My big affinity lays in numbers; playing with them, crunching them. At beginning I have been marketing and customer researcher alongside my management duty in market research agency. In that time customer's satisfaction and loyalty was my primary focus.That grew into CRM philosophy when being consultant meant additional knowledge and experience in operations, processes and IT solutions and infrastructure.For long period of 10 years I have managed first and biggest loyalty program in Slovenia. Loyalty and payment card along with loyalty scheme evaluation and evolution gave me broad filed for analytics. How to make cardholders more loyal was the focus, what are their needs within their lifecycle. With this role came a lot of experience in daily operations, data processing and development of new functionalities, business request development, data analysis, offer and communication personalisation. And data protection har become more and more important focus.As GDPR came my new challenge arose; help my colleagues to find data processing that is compliant, that respects privacy and how to safeguard data being processed. Being DPO for data processing that once I was responsible for was the biggest advantage.With current position I share my knowledge and experience with more clients and try to give them right solutions.
